AI-assisted proposal writing needs to account for confidential material, old templates, and review by several specialists. A fluent draft is useful only when its sources and commitments can be checked.
The project focuses on helping employees find approved material and prepare a starting point. Pricing, approval, and delivery to the client remain explicit human responsibilities.
Set boundaries before broad adoption
