How we handle website information, respect your choices, and respond to privacy requests.

Techhands Solutions LLC (“Techhands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.-based technology services business. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information associated with our public website, inquiries, and requests for updates. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be connected to you.
This policy covers our website activities. When we manage systems or process information on behalf of a client, the applicable service agreement and the client’s instructions govern that work. If your question concerns information held by your employer or another Techhands client, contact that organization first; we can assist it as appropriate.
You can browse our website without creating an account or providing your name. If you submit a contact form, email us, or subscribe to updates, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business email address, company, job-related details, phone number, and the content of your message.
We use only the information reasonably relevant to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, government identification numbers, patient records, or other sensitive information through general website forms. If a service requires confidential material, we will arrange an appropriate way to exchange it.
Our hosting, form, and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include an IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, access times, and error or security logs. These records help identify problems, prevent abuse, and keep the site available.
We also store your cookie preferences in your browser. Optional measurement technologies, if enabled on the site and permitted by your choice, may collect information about how visitors use pages. A category appearing in the preferences window does not mean that a tracking service is currently installed.
We use information to respond to questions, discuss services you request, schedule conversations, and maintain records of those communications. If you subscribe to updates, we use your email address to send those updates. We also use relevant technical information to maintain website performance, investigate errors, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use a website inquiry as permission to access your business systems or provide services. Those activities require a separate arrangement. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Providers that support our website hosting, form delivery, email, and security may process information to perform those functions. Our website is hosted on Webflow. We limit disclosures to information relevant to the service or request involved.
We may disclose information when required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect safety, or defend legal rights. If our business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, relevant business records may be transferred subject to applicable privacy requirements. We do not disclose website contact information to unrelated businesses for their own direct marketing.
Essential cookies and similar storage support basic site functions and remember your choices. Our consent preference is stored for up to six months. Optional analytics and marketing categories are off by default; you can enable them, decline them, or change your decision using Manage Preferences in the footer.
Your choice applies to the browser and device where it was made. Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or changing devices may cause the banner to appear again. Browser settings can also block or remove cookies, although this may affect some functions. Changing a preference controls future optional activity; it does not by itself delete records already lawfully collected.
Our cookie controls recognize Global Privacy Control and keep optional marketing technologies off when that signal is enabled. The older browser “Do Not Track” setting does not separately change the site’s behavior. Optional categories remain subject to your saved choice and Global Privacy Control.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain appropriate business records, protect our services, and satisfy legal obligations. The period depends on the type of information and why it is held. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Techhands operates in the United States. Providers may process information in the locations where they operate; we do not promise that every website-related record stays in a particular state or country.
You can stop receiving marketing updates by using an unsubscribe option in the message, where provided, or by emailing privacy@techhands.com. You may still receive communications necessary to respond to a request or administer an existing business relationship.
You can also contact us to ask about information you submitted, request a correction, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing a record. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or contractual reasons; we will explain relevant limitations when responding.
California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to our handling of your information, these include requesting access to specific information and its categories, sources, purposes, and recipients; requesting deletion or correction; opting out of sale or sharing; and limiting certain uses of sensitive personal information. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions.
We do not sell website personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not request sensitive personal information through general website forms or use it to infer characteristics about visitors. The website-related categories described above are contact identifiers, professional details you supply, correspondence, technical activity, and consent preferences. They come from you, your browser, or providers supporting the website, and are used and disclosed for the purposes explained in this policy.
To submit a California privacy request, email privacy@techhands.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” Explain the request and how you have interacted with Techhands. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. An authorized agent may submit a request with proof of authority, and we may ask you to confirm authorization. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and will not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.
California’s “Shine the Light” law also permits qualifying inquiries about certain disclosures for third-party direct marketing. We do not make those disclosures. Questions about this practice may be sent to the same privacy address.
External websites linked from our pages have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Our website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided it, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may revise this policy when our website, services, or practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
